Refund and Cancellation policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by PIXELTRE SOLUTIONS OPC PRIVATE LIMITED. Our company offers digital services such as website development, digital marketing, branding, and software-related services. Since these are service-based offerings and not physical products, refunds are handled accordingly.

  • 1. Cancellation requests will be accepted within 7 days of making the payment, only if no work has been initiated. Once the project planning, design, development, or any related service work has started, cancellations or full refunds will not be possible.
  • 2. PIXELTRE SOLUTIONS OPC PRIVATE LIMITED For projects with milestones, refunds, if applicable, will only be considered for portions of the project that have not yet been worked on. Any completed work will not be eligible for a refund.
  • 3. Certain services are non-refundable once initiated. These include domain registration, hosting services, SSL certificates, third-party licenses, and digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing if the campaign has already started. Any work already delivered or in progress is also non-refundable.
  • 4. If you are not satisfied with the delivered service, you may request revisions. Our team will review and make reasonable modifications as per the agreed project scope. Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction after service delivery, but we ensure proper revisions.
  • 5. If a refund is approved based on valid grounds, it will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
